Sounds Air seeks feedback on direct flights to Christchurch
This week, regional airline Sounds Air approached WSG with some very interesting news. The airline is ready to launch a scheduled, daily service between Wanaka Airport and Christchurch Airport – and can be up and running in six weeks. Sounds Air has asked for community feedback from those of us living in the Upper Clutha.
The airline is able to run the service using the existing Wanaka Airport infrastructure, terminal and local staff. Sounds Air has provided information on number of flight, indicative pricing, size of aircraft etc.
